Trippler is an AI-powered travel planning platform that provides:

  • Personalized day-by-day travel itineraries generated by artificial intelligence
  • Restaurant and activity recommendations based on user preferences
  • Interactive maps displaying planned activities and points of interest
  • Customizable packing lists tailored to destinations and activities
  • Affiliate links to travel service providers for booking hotels, insurance, tours, and more

Our service is provided "as is" and is intended as a planning tool. Trippler does not book travel services directly and is not responsible for the accuracy of third-party information.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Trippler, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

4. Account Limits and Fair Use

To ensure fair access to our services, we impose the following limits:

  • Each user may create up to 10 trip planning queries
  • Each user may create up to 50 packing lists
  • Rate limits apply to prevent abuse and ensure service availability

We reserve the right to modify these limits or suspend accounts that violate fair use policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Infringe upon the rights of others
  • Transmit any viruses, malware, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without permission
  • Interfere with or disrupt our services
  • Impersonate any person or entity

6. AI-Generated Content and Recommendations

Trippler uses artificial intelligence to generate travel itineraries and recommendations. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content is based on your inputs and publicly available information, and may not be accurate or complete
  • Recommendations are suggestions only and do not constitute professional travel advice
  • You are responsible for verifying all information before making travel decisions
  • Prices, availability, and details about activities and restaurants may change
  • You should consult official sources for travel advisories, visa requirements, and health and safety information

7. Third-Party Services and Affiliate Links

Our platform includes affiliate links to third-party travel service providers. When you click these links and make purchases, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. You acknowledge that:

  • Trippler is not responsible for the services, products, or content of third-party providers
  • Your interactions with third-party providers are governed by their terms and privacy policies
  • We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or reliability of third-party services
  • Any bookings or purchases are between you and the third-party provider

You may use itineraries and content generated for you for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

TRIPPLER IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • Our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • The results or information obtained will be accurate or reliable
  • Any defects will be corrected

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRIPPLER AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
